About Us

Born in Daylight is a textile design label based in Auckland, New Zealand. It is the work of Lucy Clement who designs and produces artworks and couture textiles for fashion and interior design. Lucy has a strong desire to support high quality production of textiles within New Zealand by using technology and handcraft methods to provide designs that are unique and original.

Lucy studied textile design at Auckland University of Technology and has been involved in the fashion and textile industry for over 10 years.
